Let's Knit & Craft!

Join us on Fridays from 10am-1pm for our Let's Knit & Craft group and make some friends as you enjoy making your own crafts at the theatre with the racecourse as a lovely backdrop. It's completely FREE and there is no sign up required, just bring yourself and your materials.

Whether you knit, sew, felt, collage, crochet, draw or scrapbook, the more the merrier! Bring your supplies to the Swan Theatre foyer, have a nice cup of tea, a good chat. There is plenty of cake and biscuits available at the bar, so arts and crafts have never been so good!

"I discovered the Friday morning Stitch Group at The Swan Theatre in 2021. The staff couldn't be more accommodating. It is always clean and tidy; they set up the tables before we arrive so we all can sit together; we can buy refreshments from the well-stocked supplies and enjoy the views of the racecourse. I've made lots of new friends among the group. We feel part of the furniture on a Friday, but also have been able to leave our mark when we're not around by being invited to exhibit some of our work. Thanks to everyone at the Theatre for making it happen."
