How to Book Tickets
Advance tickets for all events are available from the Worcester Theatres Box Office, situated at Huntingdon Hall in Crowngate Shopping Centre from 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and 11am - 2.30pm on Saturdays.
The Box Office at the Swan Theatre is only open 45 minutes before each performance.
Tickets may be available on the door of the relevant venue immediately before the start of each event.
Please note: No reservations can be made within 4 days of the show taking place.
By Telephone
On 01905 611427. Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm. Tickets can be booked or held on reservation for up to 4 working days but must be paid for, in full, 4 days prior to the performance. Worcester Theatres reserves the right to release tickets for sale that are not paid for within these time limits. Please note that all transactions other than those in person will be subject to a £3.50 booking fee and tickets can be posted out unless the event falls within a week of the booking. In this case tickets will be held in the Box Office for collection but still incur a booking fee.
In Person

Online
Tickets for most shows can be purchased online via the links on the events pages. Tickets purchased online can either be posted out or collected from the Box Office. Please note that there will be an additional charge for postage (if selected), and a £3.50 booking fee per transaction when booking online.
Post
Write to Worcester Theatres Box Office, Huntingdon Hall, Crowngate, Worcester WR1 3LD. When booking by post please phone the Box Office first to confirm availability and price of tickets including booking fee. Tickets will be posted out automatically unless the event date falls within one week of the booking when they will be kept at the Box Office for collection.
Booking Fee
Please note that for all transactions for tickets over £5, other than those in person, a £3.50 booking fee will be charged. Tickets will be automatically posted out unless the event falls within a week when they will be kept at the Box Office for collection. Worcester Theatres reserves the right to amend the booking fee at any time.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment can also be made by cheque, payable to 'Worcester Theatres Charitable Trust'.
Ticket Exchange And Refunds
It is not possible to give refunds on ticket sales. Ticket exchanges are at the discretion of the Management. There is an administration charge of £1.50 per ticket exchanged.
Concessions
Where available, discounts apply to over 60s, students, children under 16, and the unwaged. Eligibility for concessions should be advised at time of booking and proof may be required.
Access For People With Disabilities
At Worcester Theatres we do our best to make our venues accessible for all. Please advise the Box Office or Front of House staff if you require any assistance and we will do all we can to help.
There are a limited number of wheelchair spaces available at both Huntingdon Hall and the Swan Theatre and should you need the service of a companion, their ticket is complimentary. The auditorium at both venues are fully accessible for wheelchairs. The bar and toilets at Huntingdon Hall are accessible by lift. The bar and toilets at the Swan Theatre are all on the same level.
Huntingdon Hall has an induction loop system that works in conjunction with hearing aids switched to the position 'T'. The Swan Theatre has an infrared hearing assistance system that works either with a hearing aid or without. Separate receiving equipment is available free of charge from the Front of House staff.
Please advise us if you require assistance to your seat, we will be happy to help. We welcome guide dogs and assistance dogs. Please advise the Box Office at the time of booking, so that suitable arrangements can be made to accommodate your dog without causing obstruction in the auditorium.
The access to the Swan Studio is via a flight of stairs. There is a stair lift available.

Group Bookings
With every 10 tickets purchased the 11th is free. Where there is a mixture of full price and concessionary tickets in a party, the free tickets will be allocated to the cheapest ticket purchased. This discount may not be available for private hire events.
Swan Studio Admission
Due to the nature of the space, it will not be possible to admit audience members once a performance has started. Similarly, audience members leaving the Studio during a performance will not be re-admitted (except after an interval).
Hirers
Worcester Theatres can accept no responsibility for the artistic content of hirers’ events.
