Parking
For the Swan Theatre
Nearest parking is Pitchcroft Car park directly next to and behind the theatre. Disabled parking for badge holders permits 3 hours. On street parking is available after 6.30pm with limited availability.
For Huntingdon Hall
Pay and display parking is available at Copenhagen Street car park adjacent to Huntingdon Hall or Crowngate Multi-story car park. Both car parks are a short walk from the venue.
For parking for any other venue please contact the box office for details prior to the performance.
By Train
Exit Foregate Street station.
For Huntingdon Hall bear left on to Foregate Street and continue up to the High Street until you reach Crowngate Shopping centre entry opposite M&S. Continue into Crowngate until you reach Huntingdon Hall.
For Swan Theatre bear right on Foregate street, turn left down Castle Street and turn right at the bottom on to Severn terrace by Pitchcroft Race course.

Terms & Conditions
- Once sold, tickets cannot be refunded except if the event is cancelled.
- You may ask the Box office to resell tickets for a performance but we cannot guarantee a resale and we will always sell remaining tickets before returned tickets.
- Exchanges are at the discretion of the Management and should be made 72 hours before the performance. A fee to exchange applies.
- Latecomers may be admitted at the first suitable break. Late arrivals for the Swan Studio will not be admitted.
- The use of cameras and/or recording equipment is strictly forbidden unless otherwise stated.
- On occasions, customers may experience continuous exposure to high sound levels which are monitored by decibel metres for our customers safety.
- Some events may contain flashing lights and pyrotechnics during the performance but will be advertised on entry, please seek advice from the venues House Manager for further details.
The management reserves the right to:
- provide alternate seats to those specified on the ticket.
- to refuse admission.
- request that a patron leaves the venue and take action to enforce this.
- to make changes to the advertised programme without prior notice.
- Any complaints should be made promptly to the Management either before or during the performance.
Should you have any questions regarding accessible seating or impaired mobility seats and access to the buildings, please contact the box office directly.
Important information: The Swan Studio is situated upstairs and has access via a stair lift.
