It's a pleasure to welcome back the skilled Colin Baggs to Culture Cafe! From Colin "I am an instrumental guitarist from Worcester. I play in a variety of styles from folk through to flamenco, with elements of jazz and classical thrown into the mix. My performances contain energy, passion, driving rhythms and beautiful melodies. People have frequently commented on my ability to transport them to another place while I play. I have often been compared to Gordon Giltrap and other influences would include Michael Hedges, Tommy Emmanuel and Martin Taylor."

About Culture Cafe

The Culture Cafe (pronounced 'caf') first started in 2021 and is an opportunity to sit back, relax and enjoy some brilliant live performance against the backdrop of the beautiful Worcester Racecourse. Every first Thursday of the month we invite local artists to perform in our foyer from a range of genres - one month you might be listening to a great acoustic guitarist, the next could be poetry!

Our bar will be able to provide drinks and snacks so you can treat yourself to a coffee and a cake as you sit back and enjoy this cultural offering. Culture Cafe events are completely FREE to attend and go a long way to support both local artists and the theatre.

Every first Thursday of the month, between 1pm - 3pm, a performer will join us in the Swan Theatre bar area, so why not come and experience great local art, music and performance for FREE!
