Welcome to the Swan Youth Theatre Holiday School! 

During the school holidays, we provide fun and exciting theatre sessions, led by our experienced Youth Theatre Tutors. Throughout our Holiday School, we'll be exploring storytelling, character development, devising and much more!  

The theme for this year will be, 'Who, What, Where, When?'  Each week one of the questions will be the primary focus.  Children will be involved with drama games, crafting, devising, character work, script work and musical theatre to name a few.  

Theatre and Drama skills are a great way for your child to learn, grow and develop a wide variety of skills used within theatre; such as reading, writing, vocal work, as well as having a positive impact on social skills and development. 

Whether your child has no experience at all or is an experienced performer, the Swan Youth Theatre Holiday School is the perfect place to support them in their development.

Our holiday school is appropriate for ages 5 - 16. Children need to bring a packed lunch and enough drinks to last the day - water and squash are available freely.

10.30am - 2.30pm

£20 per day for each child

Please Note

In previous Holiday School's we have had bookings that either don't attend or miss quite a few. Whilst we understand that in the Summer Holiday plans are made and changed, we are very keen to be providing these sessions for as many children who want them and when a space is taken for someone who doesn't turn up, these children miss out. This Summer, if two sessions are missed without contacting us to let us know, you will be taken off of the register to free the spaces for someone else. People are free to re-sign up to sessions if there are spaces.
