Swan Studio

The Swan Studio is a small Black Box studio space at the Swan Theatre, nestled in the building adjacent to the main auditorium. This is a flexible space with an intimate atmosphere, vinyl dance flooring and retractable seating, making it ideal for rehearsals, classes or workshops. See further details below:

Capacity - The auditorium is raked with 60 seats. Seating is retractable and may be put away to provide you with more playing space. Standing capacity is approximately 20 - 40 depending on the amount of room you require.

Space - The stage is a flat floor finished with black vinyl dance floor. There are two foldable, black masks fixed to the stage left and stage right walls that can be used to form wing/off stage space.  Width - 11m Depth - 3.5m.

Cost - The hire fee is £25 per hour with no theatre lights, or £35 per hour with theatre lights.

Bransford Studio

The Bransford Studio is a good sized rehearsal space at the Swan Theatre, nestled in the building adjacent to the main auditorium. This is a relatively large space, with vinyl dance flooring and full length mirrors at one end of the room making it ideal for rehearsals, classes or workshops. See further details below:

Capacity - The Bransford Studio has no fixed seating, though chairs are available. Standing capacity is approximately  20 - 30 depending on the amount of room you require.

Space - The room has a flat floor finished with black vinyl dance floor, and full length/width mirrors at one end of the room. Tables and chairs available upon request. Width - 11.3m Depth - 5.6m.
