Below are Worcester Theatres' Terms & Conditions:

• Once sold, tickets cannot be refunded except if the event is cancelled.
• You may ask the Box office to resell tickets for a performance but we cannot guarantee a resale and we will always sell remaining tickets before returned tickets.
• Exchanges are at the discretion of the Management and should be made 72 hours before the performance. A fee to exchange applies.
• Latecomers may be admitted at the first suitable break, but this is at the discretion of the House Manager. Late arrivals for the Swan Studio will not be admitted.
• The use of cameras and/or recording equipment is strictly forbidden unless otherwise stated.
• On occasions, customers may experience continuous exposure to high sound levels which are monitored by decibel metres for our customers safety. Some events may contain flashing lights and pyrotechnics during the performance but will be advertised on entry, please seek advice from the venues House Manager for further details.
• The management reserves the right to:

1. provide alternate seats to those specified on the ticket.
2. to refuse admission.
3. request that a patron leaves the venue and take action to enforce this.
4. to make changes to the advertised programme without prior notice.
