Are you ready to get moving and grooving in a fun and friendly environment? Our chair-based dance classes are designed specifically for individuals aged 60 and above, providing a wonderful opportunity to enjoy music, improve mobility, and make new friends—right from the comfort of your chair!

What to Expect:

Gentle Movement: This class focuses on easy-to-follow dance Techniques from ballet, jazz, contemporary and cheer dance with fun dance routines that enhance flexibility, strength, and balance.

Fun Music: Enjoy a variety of tune that will have you tapping your feet and smiling!

Social Connection: Meet like-minded individuals and create lasting friendships in a welcoming atmosphere.

Expert Guidance: Led by Stuart our qualified dance instructor, our classes cater to all levels, ensuring everyone can participate at their own pace.

Day and Time: Friday's starting 2nd May, 11am - 12am

Location: The Swan Theatre - Bransford Studio

Details & Booking information

Sessions will take place at the Swan Theatre (The Moors, Worcester, WR1 3ED) on Fridays from 11am - 12pm.

Prices start at £7 per session, and you can book ahead or pay on the day. Please note, paying for classes online will include an automatic booking fee but this will not be included if you pay directly with our Box Office over the phone or in person.

Please note this class is for those aged 18+ and we suggest wearing comfortable clothing and footwear if possible.
