We're Updating Our Ticketing System

Over the past few months, we've been busily working behind the scenes to launch a new ticketing system here at Worcester Theatres for both the Swan Theatre and Huntingdon Hall.

To make the final changes and move all our bookings over to Spektrix, we will be taking all events off sale from 

Monday 24th March until Thursday 27th March

By taking our events off sale, our teams will be able to ensure that no bookings are lost in the transfer period. During this time our Box Office will be closed from Monday 24th until Tuesday 25th March to allow time for training our team on the new system. Then from Wednesday 26th - Thursday 27th March our Box Office will be available to call and visit to answer any queries you may have during this time.

Please be aware, we will be unable to take any bookings until the new ticketing system is fully set up. We may be able to start selling tickets again sooner than Thursday 27th March so please keep an eye on our Facebook and Instagram pages where we will be posting updates.

Our new system will be available to use in time for any last-minute bookings for Justin Moorhouse, Jim Davidson, Flowers and Friendship Bracelets and The Fitzwilliam String Quartet from Friday 28th March onwards.

Why We're Changing...

From valued customer feedback it has become apparent to us that our current system is in need of an upgrade. After a long consultation period, we will be implementing Spektrix - an exceptional ticketing system that will make our entire booking process faster, more efficient and more enjoyable, whether you are booking online, in person, or even by telephone.

FAQs:

What about my account and password?
All accounts created with Tickets.com will be transferred to Spektrix. Once you log in for the first time, you’ll be asked to set up a new password, or you can utilize Spektrix’s password-free login options. The username associated with your account on Spektrix will be the same email you used on Tickets.com.

Will my personal information be secure in this transition?
Spektrix acts as a data processor whereas the clients are the data controllers, meaning they will never alter, manipulate, or otherwise interact with your data. Spektrix is certified, using the most recent standards for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an information security management system.

Will the new ticketing system be easy to navigate?
Spektrix’s system is incredibly simple, and we are confident that our patrons will enjoy the streamlined process of purchasing with us on this new system.

What will happen to my gift vouchers?
Not to fear - all gift vouchers will still be valid! Our teams will ensure that these will be securely moved to our new system. Should you have any trouble using them, please do not hesitate to contact our Box Office team.

Our Box Office hours during this period will be:
Monday 24 & Tuesday 27 March: CLOSED
Wednesday 26 - Friday 28 March: 10am – 5pm
Saturday 29 March: 11am – 2.30pm

Our usual box office hours will resume from Monday 31 March
- Monday to Friday (10am – 5pm) & Saturday (11am – 2.30pm).
