Looking for fun ways to stay active during the day? Why not try something new, or re-discover something you love, in these easy-going classes led by Debbie Harding. Focusing on relaxing movements and fun routines this is a supportive environment for all adults and levels of ability. Whether you’re 20 or 80 – it’s never too late to start dancing!

Put on your dancing shoes, bring a friend and get moving with these enriching and feel good classes!

Sessions will take place at the Swan Theatre (The Moors, Worcester, WR1 3ED) on Thursdays from 11:30am - 12.15pm

Prices start at £4.50 per session, and you can book ahead online or pay on the day.

Please wear comfortable clothing and footwear if possible.
