Swan Theatre
Located just on the edge of the city centre, the Swan Theatre was built in the 1960's and has been Worcester's main performance venue ever since. The main auditorium boasts a large stage space adaptable to many different types of performance. See further details below:
Capacity - The auditorium is raked with 360 seats.
Stage - Proscenium arched, end on, open stage, raised above the auditorium floor. Stage width - 10.6m. Stage depth - 9.3m.
Sound - Basic Theatre PA system with left and right feed. Please note if your event contains a live band then you will need to provide your own PA system. Additional technical charges for equipment may apply.
Lighting - ETC ION lighting desk with a 10 & 20 way fader wing.
Ticketing - Worcester Theatres provide a full ticketing service for your event, at a cost of 10% of the Box Office sales.

Huntingdon Hall
Huntingdon Hall is a 250 year old converted Methodist Hall that was renovated in the 1980’s. Hidden within the main city shopping centre, it is a jewel in the historic city of Worcester and a Grade 2 listed building. While Huntingdon Hall has served many different purposes throughout it's history, for the last 20 years it has been a much beloved performance venue. See full details below:
Capacity - 330 seats across 2 levels - 250 downstairs, 80 upstairs.
Stage - The stage is raised above the auditorium floor. There is no proscenium, wings, orchestra pit or cyclorama - this means we cannot create a black box set. Stage width - 7.6m. Stage depth - 3.6m.
Sound - There is a permanent PA installed at the venue with 32 Way Mic Lines from Stage to FOH. We also have a Steinway Model C Grand Piano available to hire at this venue.
Lighting - There is a fixed rig in place that can provide fixed coloured wash(s), and general face light. The lights cannot be re-rigged, re-focussed or re-gelled. Control is via an ETC Express lighting console.
Ticketing - Worcester Theatres provide a full ticketing service for your event, at a cost of 10% of the Box Office sales.

Swan Studio
The Swan Studio is a small Black Box studio space at the Swan Theatre, nestled in the building adjacent to the main auditorium. This is a flexible performance space with an intimate atmosphere, ideal for theatre and talks. See further details below:
Capacity - The auditorium is raked with 60 seats.
Stage - The stage is a flat floor finished with black vinyl dance floor. There are two foldable, black masks fixed to the stage left and stage right walls that can be used to form wing space. Stage width - 11.0m. Stage depth - 3.5m.
Sound - Control position is located auditorium right, elevated to provide line of sight over audience. The sound desk is a Behringer Xenyx802.
Lighting - There is a fixed rig installed that provides full face light, an LED back light and LED sidelight. There are also 4 profiles for specials/gobos. The rig may be moved, but only by prior arrangement with technical staff. Our lighting desk is a Chamsys MQ60.
