Sama Room
The Sama room is an ideal space for business meetings or small groups to come together. Tables and chairs are available and a projector can also be set up in this room should you want to display a presentation etc.
Capacity – The Sama room can have 15 – 20 people seated and 20 – 25 standing.
Space – The Sama room is 6.6 metres wide and 4 metres deep.

Swan Theatre Foyer & Bar
The Swan Theatre Foyer and Bar is the perfect place for large gatherings and small events, it’s a large space with plenty of light, tables, chairs and a fully functioning bar, so can be used in many different ways. For example, the space has been used for choirs to rehearse, as a reception area for children’s parties, poetry slams, our Culture Café is hosted here monthly and we have also held some wakes here as well. Our team will help you every step of the way to make sure the space best suits your needs.
Capacity – The Swan Theatre Foyer can fit between 80 – 120 people.
Space – The Swan Theatre Foyer is 7 metres wide and 11.7 metres deep.

Huntingdon Hall Bar
Much like the Swan Theatre, the Huntingdon Hall Bar is perfect for large gatherings and intimate events, offering a great amount of space, plenty of tables and chairs, a cosy and unique environment and a beautiful and well stocked bar. This room can be used for a multitude of events and our team will help tailor it to fit your needs.
Capacity – The Huntingdon Hall Bar can fit between 80 – 120 people.
Space – The Huntingdon Hall Bar is 6 metres wide and 16.5 metres deep.

Swan Theatre Pop Up Studio
Our brand-new Pop Up Studio is perfect for small groups and clubs - situated on the top floor of the theatre with lots of natural light, a black curtain to cordon the space off and X Joint Interlocking floor tiles.
Capacity – The Pop Up Studio can have 30 people seated 30 and 25 – 30 standing.
Space – The Pop Up Studio is 5 metres wide and 5.5 metres deep.
